That is where the user must fill out all of their info. We regularly send out emails about this, post on social about it, and even have 6 hours a week blocked out to help people in a 1-on-1. The only thing we can do here is define a minimum list of required fields and not show the company until its eligible to be published. It's a bad crutch of the platform being self service. Trying to get everyone to actually use it correctly.

We will review this more in depth to see if we can get users more engaged on this, or setup a standard of eligibility to be published.
